About the service
WelcomeNeighbor provides educational real estate information and decision-support tools for Colorado. Dominique Doebelin is a Real Estate Broker affiliated with West + Main Homes (West and Main Homes Inc.) and licensed in Colorado.
No automatic brokerage relationship
Visiting this site, creating an account, or asking a general question does not by itself create a brokerage relationship. Any brokerage relationship and required disclosures will be established separately in writing when applicable. Do not submit confidential information until the appropriate relationship and disclosures are in place.
Information and listings
Information may come from public records, users, participating brokerages, and approved listing-data providers. It may change or contain errors and should be independently reviewed and verified. WelcomeNeighbor is not a multiple listing service and does not provide legal, tax, lending, appraisal, engineering, or inspection advice.
Private-beta accounts
Account access is currently invitation-only. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or redistribute protected listing content, or interfere with site operation.
Third-party services and content
Third-party links, embedded tools, and listing content may be governed by separate terms. Their availability and accuracy are outside WelcomeNeighbor's control. Copyright concerns involving listing content should follow our DMCA notice.
Service changes
The private beta may change, pause, or end, and access may be limited when needed for security, compliance, or operation. These terms may be updated as the service changes; the date above identifies the current version.
