We use information to provide and improve the private beta, protect accounts, answer requests, prepare real estate guidance, facilitate a requested professional introduction, and comply with applicable law and MLS obligations. We do not treat an inquiry alone as consent to share your contact information with a third party.
When information is shared
Information may be shared with service providers that help operate WelcomeNeighbor, with Dominique Doebelin or West + Main Homes when you request or consent to professional follow-up, or when required to protect rights, safety, and legal compliance. Listing information may be supplied by participating brokerages and approved listing-data providers under their applicable terms.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, beta operations, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. WelcomeNeighbor is not directed to children under 13.
